At present, the University of Santiago de Chile undergoes a process of organizational learning and fosters an ongoing culture of planning and evaluation of its work, in compliance with the strategic guidelines.
According to this aim, the Department of Strategic Management (DSM) arises. This department provides methodological and technical support in the diagnosis, development and monitoring of the institution’s strategic plans and the various academic and administrative units, considering a participation and engagement approach and promoting a synergistic articulation.
